I'm Nigel
Many know me as a Tai Chi instructor with over 8 years of experience, trained directly under a disciple of the Chen family. But there's so much more to my journey. And the same is true for you.
Retirement doesn't mean leaving your true self behind—it's a new chapter to keep learning, growing, and thriving. Society may try to define us by our past roles, but we are so much more than those labels.
Join me in embracing Tai Chi, a transformative practice that helps you reconnect with your inner strength and wisdom. Together, we’ll continue to learn, improve, and live the fulfilling life you deserve.

Testimonials
“Nigel’s programme helps me maintain fitness and health in retirement by improving balance and leg muscle strength. Classes are great fun with great people.”
Anne Tirathdas
“Tal Chi beginners program has been life changing.
The sessions are fun and everyone is really friendly. Nigel is very caring and I find Tai Chi to be an activity where one challenges oneself to achieve limits which were thought to be unattainable.
Although the sessions can be physically taxing we always finish the session in a very refreshed and relaxed manner”.
