With a deep passion for Tai Chi and a commitment to sharing its transformative benefits, I am excited to guide you through The Art of Dawn Tai Chi. My journey in Tai Chi began with a profound personal challenge that reshaped my life.

My Story: Years ago, I suffered a severe accident that fractured seven of my vertebrae and shattered one into pieces. Faced with the terrifying possibility of using a wheelchair and grappling with a life-threatening situation, I found a new path to healing and transformation through Tai Chi. The practice aided my physical recovery and revitalised my spirit, enabling me to regain strength, mobility, and a renewed sense of purpose.

My Background:

  • Training: Under the guidance of esteemed masters, including Master Chen Ziqiang and Disciple Chen Shao Wu, I have honed my skills in Tai Chi Chen style, focusing on both foundational and advanced techniques.
  • Experience: With 8 years of dedicated practice and teaching, I have helped numerous students achieve improved physical health, mental clarity, and inner peace.
  • Philosophy: My approach to Tai Chi emphasizes not just the physical practice but also the cultivation of inner energy and mindfulness. I strive to make Tai Chi accessible and beneficial for all levels, integrating traditional principles with practical techniques.
