My Story:

After a severe accident that left me with fractured vertebrae, Tai Chi became my path to recovery. It helped me regain strength, mobility, and a renewed sense of purpose.

 My Background:

  • Training: I’ve studied Tai Chi Chen style under Master Chen Ziqiang and Disciple Chen Shao Wu.

 • Experience: 8 years of practice and teaching, helping students improve their health and inner peace.

 • Philosophy: My approach combines physical practice with mindfulness, making Tai Chi accessible for all levels.
